I’ve been quite active my entire life and after graduating college I dove headfirst into long-distance running, yoga, and fitness classes.
I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 17 but have also dabbled in strength training, barre, and Pilates classes. I’m a cardio freak that loves meditation. I’d be down to take savasana pose at any moment but also enjoy breaking out some high-intensity mountain climbers. I’m an adrenaline junkie that also likes to chill out!
